Hello! I am co-owner of Timeless Treasures Antique Mall in Monroe Michigan (just north of Toledo/South of Detroir). Our dealers are currently running sales up to 75% off, though most average around 25-35%. GREAT eclectic selection! From Victorian/Edwardian items, advertising memorabilia, signs, primitives, coins/tokens, watches, dolls, costume and fine jewelry, pyrex, fireking, toys, and so on. We have been in business for 3 years and have a full mall of interesting items. The sale will run until the dealers choose to end it. Due to economic times, prices are very low and most dealers have started catering to the $20 and under crowds.
We also do flea markets when the weather permits. Last year we did $10 a space in our extra side lot and had very positive results. As of now you're required to bring your own tables to set up, but if it goes well we will buy some in bulk (just want to make sure we get good turn outs before shelling out the cash). Set up any time in the morning and stay until dark if you want. Once you've paid us, you're free to stay as long as you'd like. We let people sell all items from antique/vintage/collectible to some new at the outside flea markets. Inside we only allow about 10-15% of the items in each booth to be newer.
Booth rent is 1.25 per square foot and 7% commission. We have a great customer base and would love to answer any questions you may have.
