The Great Lehigh Valley Antique Toy and Collectable Show was Held this weekend at Merchants Sqaure Mall 1901 S 12th st Allentown Pa. This was the second time The Great Lehigh Valley Antique Toy and Collectable Show was held. We are pleased to say that event in these trying economic times. The attendance was strong and increased from the previous year. There was strong dealer showing with 58 dealers from 6 states with all kinds of Antique toys and Collectables. The show had a nice mix of items. All groups of Toy and collectables were represented from Dolls to Gi Joes,Slot cars,Tin,Board games,Still banks and more. Sales appeared to be strong in the lower to mid range items but still very brisk in light of these economic times. Looking around most people appeared to have bought something with bags in their hands. The Great Lehigh Valley Antique Toy and Collectable Show while still a newer show does appear to have a good future and can provide a worthwile trip for the Toy fan and collector. When attending this show you must also add some extra time for the additional show at Merchants Sqaure Mall. There is an additional 100,000 square feet of Antique and Specialty shops to browse through and enjoy. The next Great lehigh Valley Antique Toy and Collectable Show will be held March 14th 2009 and December12 2009.
