FOUR DAYS, THREE VERY IMPORTANT EVENTS
The High Noon Western Americana Weekend Event is comprised of three separate events: The nation’s premier Western Americana Antique Show, the country’s most important Western Americana Auction, and this year, High Noon is very proud to add a fourth day to honor Al Luevand, consummate gentleman and life-long supporter of Western lifestyle.
AL LUEVAND DAY AND AUCTION — THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5TH
For over 80 years, Al Luevand (1926-2008) lived the dream of the American West. World renowned for his collections, which spanned over 50 years, his impressive collections included California spurs, horsehair bridles, Western art, hats, boots and horn furniture. For 37 years, he shared his passion for the West with the love of his life Sharon Ewing.
On Thursday, February 5th at 2pm, RG Munn Auctions, LLC, will present an auction of 300 lots from AL Luevand’s estate. Munn, life-long friend of Luevand, will offer these lots with no minimums and no reserves. The auction will be held in conjunction with the High Noon Western Americana Event at the Phoenix Convention Center. Preview hours are 9am to 2pm Thursday. A list of auction items will be available at the door.
High Noon owner Linda Kohn stated, “This is a wonderful opportunity for all of us to come together and share Al Luevand memories. A little bit of him lives in every lot that will be sold!”
